Dele shocked the football world last year when he opened up about his experiences with addiction and abuse in an emotional interview with Gary Neville for The Overlap. The former Spurs star described being 'blown away' by the reaction to the video, and ever since then, fans have been hoping he'll make a return to the Premier League soon.

Dele's caption read: "In the world, No One Is Perfect. But Along The Way, You'll Become Something Great" – Naruto Uzumaki. The final line of the video was a telling quote: "I've still got tons of reserve power!"
WHAT NEXT FOR DELE?
Dele became a free agent earlier this summer after his Everton contract came to an end. However, he's continued training with the club and taken part in private sessions in recent weeks. Talks regarding his future on Merseyside are ongoing, but it's uncertain where the 28-year-old will be come September. Having not played professionally since February 2023 (when he was on loan at Besiktas), Dele is still getting back to full fitness after an injury hit period.
